LWC is a
non-profit community service organization and we have sponsored
many projects; among them have been Santa's Workshop, Easter
Breakfast, Candidate's Night, holiday food baskets, blood drives,
clothing drives, and school and library donations.
The LWC is not all
business! Several times a year, our members get together to
socialize. Some of our favorite events include holiday parties,
couples dances, toddler play groups, craft classes, family hikes
and our annual dinner.
Meetings are held
on the second Tuesday of each month in the LMS Library at 7:00PM during the school year. During the summer months we meet at
a member's home. Meetings are open to the public; topics and
discussion are published in the Nashua Telegraph and
Hudson-Litchfield News in the preceding week.
We invite you to
join our growing group and become a vital part of our community
while making lifelong friendships! Membership dues are only $15.00
Annually and this is prorated for members joining during the
course of the year.
